Rosemary has a strong flavor so we recommend that you don't add more than the amount in the recipe. To store fresh rosemary, wrap the stems in a damp paper towel, put in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator. Rosemary pairs well with lamb and meats. We like to serve this with our Herb Rubbed Beef Tenderloin.
