I wanted to take a traditional bread pudding and add whole grains and fruit to make this a one of a kind dessert. To reduce cholesterol, egg substitute has been used, but you can use 1 cup (250 mL) of egg whites if desired. In addition, fat free milk has been used to lower the fat. I like to eat this warm or cold. I don’t recommend freezing this dish. Chef Dave
