This has got to be one of my all-time favorite salads. The banana and apples are the perfect choice for the thin cut pork tenderloin. Then chutney is added which gives a sweet tangy flavor to this dish. Chutneys come in many different varieties from mango to onion, and contains small bits of fruit or vegetables that are often sweetened with spices added. Most chutneys are found in the ethnic food section of the grocery store. Chef Dave
