Flaky Cod Chardonnay Print Recipe

Fresh cod is much better than frozen for this recipe.  Freezing fish can extract the water and natural juices from the fish and can cause it to become dry.  In addition, the Wondra flour for used coating won't stick to the fish as well.  Wondra flour comes in a blue cylinder in the baking aisle and is perfect for coating foods.  You don't need to use white wine if you don't like using alcohol in your cooking. Just use chicken stock to replace the wine.
