If you have never had dill and chicken together you don't know what you're missing. Dill complements the poultry in this soup and it goes perfectly with the vegetables. Be sure to only use fresh dill and add it at the very end of cooking just before you are ready to serve. If you add the fresh dill at the beginning, you will over cook this fresh herb which will make it bitter and dark in color.
