These turkey burgers are very moist when not overcooked so be sure to watch them carefully. This recipe also calls for quick cooking oats. Do not use old fashioned oats. The oat is bigger which can make the turkey burger fall apart when making them into patties and they will take longer to cook, drying out the meat. If you don’t have a grill you can cook them in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 12 to 15 minutes.
