Christine’s Greek Bean Salad Print Recipe

This recipe is exactly how my Greek friend Christine prepares it.  It is very delish and packed with lots of beans.  Prepare this as written because when I have substituted ingredients, fresh for dry or dry for fresh, the recipe never tastes as good as hers.
