Keeping a Meal Diary

Keeping a meal diary is one of the best ways to keep yourself on track or to get back on track. Weekly Goals

It is a good idea to set yourself goals for the week to help you manage your eating and physical activity. You can use this list for ideas, or you may have goals already set for yourself. Plan to set a goal from each of these areas: food, behavior, and physical activity. You do not have to set new goals each week. You can continue to work on the same goal for as long as it takes to make it a habit or until you feel you have mastered the goal.
