I came across a note worthy article while catching up on my professional reading. Researchers at Harvard University came up with some interesting results while looking at a 12 to 20 year analysis of 120,877 people who started the study healthy and nonobese. The analysis looked at that weight gain that creeps up over the years.

I spent a few days with family in Wisconsin on my way back from ASMBS in Florida. There was a houseful and my nephew and his wife came up with the perfect breakfast for a crowd, an omelet in a bag. This was new to me and what a great idea it is!
