The best brochette I ever ate
I was in West Palm Beach, Florida and went out to dinner with a few friends. West Palm Beach is my hometown and it was nice to return, even if just for a visit to my old stomping grounds. While waiting for my friends to arrive I decided to order an appetizer of brochette. It was made with fresh onion, tomatoes, a bit of sea salt, and feta cheese to finish it off.
