Put ham and pineapple together and you've got a great flavor combination with the saltiness of the ham and the sweetness of the pineapple. If company's a comin', this is a good appetizer because you make it ahead of time. It's so good they won't even know it's low fat unless you tell them.
My younger brother and his wife welcomed a baby boy into our family this past week. The birth of a baby, the beginning of a new life, birth itself is such a miracle. He is beautiful, healthy and such a welcome addition to our family.
